No nonsense advice for the beginner real estate investor. John did an excellent job distilling the concepts of being an individual investor while contributing to the overall conversation. Books that add new dialogue are rare in an established industry like real estate but he definitely delivered. I particularly enjoyed the investment landscape presented in chapter 2, it is an elegant illustration of the options investors have for investment returns and time horizons.

John Delia ‘The Deal Maker’ has some great first hand experience in real estate and it shows through the details in his book. This book is great for real estate enthusiasts who are new to the real estate investing world, and is just as great for current real estate investors who need to just keep on track of their investment mission. The book and short and to the point and can be read extremely quick due to the lack of fluff. I highly recommend this book!
